With the releases continuing to roll out at a super high frequency, it’s safe to say that it is an exciting time to be in and around the RKS camp, one of, if not the most consistent UK funky outlet out there. This time around they flip the script with a tasty release from the rapidly rising sounds of SAMIEL, a forward thinking soundsmith with a bag of new school energy. 

Drawing energy from a combination of influences, SAMIEL has unleashed a unique approach to UK funky, fusing the electrifying energy UKG with the more militant vibes of 140 and grime music. We open up the release with the carnival-infused arrangements of ‘Movements’, a seriously vibrant bubbler, linking lethal LFO sub sweeps with punchy, pristine drum processing and minimal percussive back ups to drive home the rave-ready feel.
